hello, this is a page that will house all of the necessary information that you must know when inquiring to commission me, here you can find my Terms of Service, Gallery, Prices, and Social Links.
Current turnaround time- 1+ month
Work schedule:
Monday: art
Tuesday: art
Wednesday: art half day then break another half
Thursday: art
Friday: art
Saturday: art or break
Sunday: break or personal art
During the months August- June
I may be in school, due to this some weekdays (Monday-Friday) I may not draw, this is only during school. During these months my turnaround time will be a minimum of a month to a maximum of 3 months. School comes before art.
During summer I will draw a lot more thus I will work faster if/when I go on vacation I will inform if it will cause any delays.
Weeks I do not work:
Thanksgiving week,
only Monday- thanksgiving I will take off. November is Thanksgiving in the USA I will post when this break is happening.
Christmas Break-
half of it will be a personal break specifically during the week of my birthday the 23rd, the rest will solely be sent on commissioned artwork.
Other weeks I decide to take off suddenly I WILL inform all clients two weeks beforehand.
Terms of Service
DISCLAIMER- I have the right to decide when and when not I am going to work. I do not work every single week and due to this, it can take me quite a long time to finish your commission. The absolute maximum you could expect it to take is around Four months, although this is rare and I will likely offer a refund before it gets to this point.
below are my terms for any commission or trade artwork, you will be required to agree to these terms, failure to do so will result in immediate cancellation of your commission without refund ( only if you break my terms of service. This means calling me names being rude to me, etc. )
General Terms
1. when commissioning me you are required to have a clear, unshaded, and easy-to-see reference sheet of the character in question, Please absolutely no NSFW reference images at all!
2. Prices shown on this website are not final and can be raised depending on the complexity of the subject at hand.
3. sketch will only be sent after payment is received, this means that if your payment is still pending I will not start your artwork until I can access the funds. This is to avoid chargeback- if we agreed upon payment after sketch this term does not apply.
4. progress images will be provided when there is progress, which can be quite spaced out due to the order in which I do the artwork.
5. I have the right to deny, or cancel, any commission without refund if the client is-
rude, or annoying in dispositionuntimely responses or lack of communicationif silent for longer than 2 weeks without prior notice will result in a pause of your commission. if responses don't resume it will be canceled.not understanding why the artwork may take a long time to finish.is too strict about how I draw something and judges me based on how I prefer to draw things.causes me to resketch or restart due to pickiness an obsessive amount of times.+ This is only the worst-case scenario and will only occur if the client does something that makes me unable to want to be associated with them.
6. all major changes are done only at the sketching phase, only minor changes will be applied once the image is lined.
7. I have the right to determine when I will or Will not work. Generally, I work during the week and take the weekends to myself. failure to understand this will ultimately cause the cancellation of your commission.
8. I will post, and use your artwork in my gallery as well as examples for my commissions.
9. The client can: Display commissioned work as profile/icon image, display image on character profiles, repost with credit, print out the image, and hang it on the wall.
10. the client cannot: use the artwork for profit unless agreed upon, edit the artwork, trace the artwork, or resale the artwork unless present with the character.
11. I own the rights to the artwork, the Client only owns the right to the character.
12. I will only sketch a total of two times- and more sketches will result in an extra charge taking of $5 per resketch of commission. This is due to it taking time out of my day I could be working on commissions.
13. No private, or NSFW accounts can be used to dm me I do not want to have to see those posts if I go into your account.
Payment Terms
1. Payment is fully upfront unless agreed upon different terms
2. If agreed upon a payment plan 50% of the total cost shall be paid upfront, the remaining after the sketch is sent, you MUST be ready to pay at any given time.
3, payment is through Paypal, Venmo, or Cashapp.
4. No Refunds, unless it is necessary- an ex- injury that makes me incapable of finishing If I've taken over the amount of time I've said I probably would take.
+ A note refunds are typically only given due to time if It has been over 2-3 months since you have last seen an update.
5. Fees- there are fees for specific things that I may charge you for these include:
Extra characters: 50% of the price
Complexity +$10
Anthro fee: +$5
Strict idea: +$20
Picky client fee: +$5-$20
This is charged per extra redo, resketch, or edit AFTER the first two sketches are sent.
Adopt and Custom Terms
1. You cannot claim the character is your creation, credit must be given to me on any profiles of the adopt/custom.
2. you can edit the design, but credit must still be given to me.
3, you can change species, gender, name, etc
4. cannot resale for less than it is worth, the price you paid originally.
5, you must wait 4 weeks at least before rehoming the design.
6. If paying with art, proof of starting must be shown within a week of agreement or I may reject the offer especially if the person has said that made progress before. Maximum time without proof of starting after the agreement: 2 months.
My Process
I do not work on my art in order, by this I mean I will sketch your art the same (or following) week you pay. Even when Sketched it doesn't mean imma focus on that immediately, after the sketch I will take two weeks or more to work on older commissions before continuing to do yours. This means I work on Older and Newer at the same time, this makes updates and progress spaced out a bit.

anything politic, anti lgbt, racist, pedo or pup content, nsfw, or fetishes
